POLYTRON Metal Treatment Concentrate (MTC) is a uniquely blended petroleum based formula that is compatible with all motor oils, gear oils and other lubricants.

POLYTRON MTC is the ULTIMATE LUBRICANT ENHANCER that coats all metal surfaces with an IONIZED micro-layer of oil molecules and through chemical-metallurgical process forms (from the original metal) a durable polished micro – layer of metal that dramatically resists wear, extreme pressure and excessive temperature. Metal surfaces remain treated at all times which provides for immediate start-up lubrication. Friction and wear are substantially reduced which results in maximum equipment life, performance and fuel economy.

POLYTRON Ultra Performance Gasoline / Diesel Fuel Conditioner (GDFC) is scientifically designed fuel enhancer that improves combustion, cleans and lubricates the working parts of the fuel system and the upper part of the engine.

POLYTRON EP-2 Lithium Grease is a superior quality, multipurpose, wide temperature range made from lithium complex soap, quality base oils, scientifically engineered POLYTRON anti-wear friction reducing formula and other additives to give it its outstanding qualities. It is an excellent automotive wheel bearings and chassis lubricant which is also recommended for all types of bearings, gears and couplings in industrial commercial applications. It may also be used in electric motors of NEMA insulation class A and B types.

Q: 1. How often should an engine be treated with Polytron Metal Treatment?
A: Polytron Metal Treatment can be used at every oil change at a ratio of 10% to crankcase capacity.

Q: 2. How much should I put in a larger engine?
A : for the first treatment 10% is sufficient for most applications. E.g. For every 1 Litre of oil (any type) add 100mL. For the second application, and applications thereafter, we recommend 5%.

Q: 3. How much fuel concentrate should I put in a large tank?
A: Use 2oz Polytron for every 10 gallons (60mL for every 40L) of fuel (gasoline or diesel). E.g. a 100 gallon tank would need 20oz. For the initial treatment use a minimum of 3oz (90mL) per 10 gallons.

Q: 4. Can I use Polytron in 2 cycle applications?
A: Yes, treat two-stroke oil at 10% with Polytron Metal Treatment. Treat the fuel at 2oz (60mL) of Polytron Fuel Concentrate for every 10 gallons (40L) of gasoline. There is no application that needs Polytron more!

Q: 5. Will Polytron affect the performance of a wet clutch?
A: No, Polytron Metal Treatment cannot and will not cause the clutch to slip or malfunction in any way.

Q: 6. Do I need Polytron in my new vehicle?
A: Yes, absolutely. If you want to help stop unnecessary wear. 90% of engine wear and damage occurs at start up, when your oil is in the sump, whether your car is new or older. Polytron can help provide protection at start up and may prevent some of that damage.

Q: 7. Will Polytron void my manufacturer’s warranty?
A: No, absolutely not. Your warranty actually covers the quality of material and workmanship that went into assembly. Protecting the moving metal parts with a protective lubricating layer cannot void that warranty.

Q: 8. Can Polytron Metal Treatment be used with synthetic oils?
A: Yes, absolutely, Polytron Metal Treatment is compatible with synthetic oils.

Q: 9. Can Polytron Metal Treatment be used in Diesel Engines?
A: Yes, In fact diesel engines can benefit even more than gasoline engines. There is usually more Hydrocarbon build up and Polytron will actually help neutralise some of the acidic by-products of combustion.

Q: 10. Can Polytron Metal Treatment be used in Marine engines?
A: Yes, all pplications where moisture and excess heat can be such issues can benefit greatly.

Q: 11. Will Polytron Metal Treatment fix pre-existing problems?
A: No, Polytron Metal Treatment is designed to protect against friction and heat. Polytron Metal Treatment cannot be used to repair parts that are at the failing point or any pre-existing mechanical problems.

Q: 12. After Polytron Metal Treatment is installed do I still need to change my oil according to the manufacturer’s specifications?
A: Yes, Polytron is not a replacement for regular scheduled maintenance. Polytron may extend the working life of your oil but manufacturer’s may void warranties unless regular service schedules are maintained.

Q: 13. How can the Polytron Fuel Concentrate help my vehicle?
A: New fuel systems build up deposits rapidly, often within several thousand miles. Polytron Fuel Concentrate is designed to treat the entire fuel system. This unique formula will clean fuel injectors, cylinder heads, piston tops and intake ports.

Q: 14. Will the Polytron Concentrate harm the oxygen sensors in the vehicle?
A: No, the Polytron Fuel System Formula is compatible with all oxygen sensors and catalytic converters. The product is EPA certified.

Q: 15. Can Polytron Fuel Concentrate be used in marine applications?
A: Yes, the Polytron Fuel System Formula can be used in marine applications. It will actually help prevent moisture accumulation.

Q: 16. Can Polytron Fuel Concentrate be used in diesel engines?
A: Yes, it is specifically engineered for that purpose. The Concentrate will improve the burn structure of the fuel allowing it to burn more completely releasing more energy and fewer hydrocarbon emissions. It will also provide lubrication and protection to the fuel pump and upper end of the motor.

Q: 17. Can I use Polytron Metal Treatment in a Manual transmission?
A: Yes. At 6% mixed with your gear oil. It often results in much smoother shifting and lower operating temperatures.

Q: 18. Will Polytron Metal Treatment stop my automatic transmission from slipping?
A: No, Polytron is designed to help prevent seal leaks, enhance fluid performance and protect against oxidation of the fluid. Polytron Metal Treatment will not and cannot correct any pre-existing mechanical problems.

Q: 19. Can Polytron damage the seals in my engine?
A: No, far from it. Polytron can actually rejuvenate your engine’s seals to an extent. It will not, however, repair damaged seals. It is not a detergent but does have detergent like properties. It may remove build up that has been deposited around seals allowing them to reseat. There is no way Polytron can cause a seal to fail.

Q: 20. How often should I add Polytron Metal Treatment?
A: Add Polytron each time you change the transmission or gear or lubricating fluid in your application. Use at ratios specified above.

Q: 21. Can Polytron Metal Treatment Formula be used in any differential?
A: Yes, Polytron Metal Treatment Formula can be used in vehicles that have posi-traction or limited slip applications.

Q: 22. Can the Polytron Metal Treatment be used in the lower end unit for marine applications?
A: Yes, this product can be used in outboard/inboard applications or where hypoid gear oil is used. (Always check the owner’s manual for applications).

Q: 23. Does Polytron work in hydraulic applications?
A: Absolutely. Heat is the enemy in most hydraulic systems and Polytron’s Metal Treatment product actually goes to the hot spots. Use at 6% to the hydraulic fluid.

Q: 24. Do you have a grease product?
A: Yes. Polytron Lithium Complex grease integrates Polytron metal treatment technology with No. 2 grease. It is superior lubrication technology for all industrial and commercial applications.

Q: 25. Can I use this product in aircraft?
A: The product will work as effectively in an aircraft engine as in any internal combustion engine. However, we have not at this time sought any of the FAA certification as it is prohibitively costly.

Q: 26. I haven’t seen any ads for this on television or in the newspaper?
A: We want to keep our product affordable. We are not competing with multinational, multi-million dollar budgets. All we want to do is show people and companies on a one to one basis what our product is capable of.

Q: 27. What’s in it?
A: See MSDS sheets for product ingredients. Certain details of this proprietary formula are not revealed as it would be unwise from a business competition viewpoint. Are you aware of what is in the oil products you presently use for your vehicles? We can assure you that Polytron uses only the highest quality, tested and proven technology and ingredients. Suffice to say there is no part of our product that can cause any harm. They contain no solids, no PTFE, no lead, zinc, molybdenum or copper. No solids of any kind. Nothing to clog up, plug or damage anything. It is non acidic, non caustic, well balanced, thoroughly researched, time tested and proven, with over a decade of satisfied users worldwide.
